I'm rounding up. a little. I'm suggesting that a tweet is not the sole item published, but that there would also be "links" from the user hash to the post, and also links for any hashtags and user mentions. So a tweet probably produces more DHT items than just the text of the tweet itself to buld the proper graph relationships in the DHT.

So yeah... I kind of rounded up to account for that other stuff, but didn't want to complicate the story too much with it.
